Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at hello@fluxwellbeing.com before the 14-day period expires. Full details are set out in our returns policy.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If you are not satisfied with our products or service, contact us first at hello@fluxwellbeing.com. We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 14 days and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If we cannot reach a resolution together, you may bring the matter before the competent Dutch court. Consumers in the EU can also find a list of national alternative dispute resolution bodies on the European Commission's consumer redress website.

Consumer protection in the Netherlands is supervised by the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (Autoriteit Consument & Markt, ACM), Postbus 16326, 2500 BH The Hague.
